this is the splash. this is different from the wip I put up.
FIRST OF ALL, let me explain how this works:
so, currently, it's on the home page, which is also the splash. that's why the home thing is like that. the mouse is over portfolio, so that little drop down comes down from behind the nav bar in the middle of the page and gives a brief sort of overview or description. then you can CLICK on portfolio and redirects you to the main page.
